Apex Trail LLC is hiring sales representatives in Lahore for its US truck dispatching and freight brokerage campaign. The role is full-time and on-site on the night shift, with ten openings. The company offers a monthly salary of PKR 40,000 to 80,000 plus USD-based commissions, performance bonuses and company-provided meals. It suits confident, target-driven graduates with strong English and an interest in sales.
What we're looking for:
- Intermediate education at minimum; a bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing or a related field is an advantage.
- Six months to one year of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Good spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Strong negotiation ability and a confident, target-oriented attitude.
- Experience in truck dispatching or freight brokerage is a plus but not essential.
- Willingness to work the night shift on-site in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Speak with clients in the United States and build working relationships with them.
- Negotiate freight rates and close bookings on behalf of carriers.
- Book loads and keep accurate records of each shipment.
- Find and follow up on new sales leads for the dispatching campaign.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally during the night shift.
- Work toward daily and monthly sales targets set by the team.
