The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) funds skills training across Punjab, working with industry and training providers to match training with real jobs. The fund is hiring a Specialist – Finance for its Lahore office to look after the financial side of its programmes. The role suits an accounting or finance professional with strong experience in financial reporting, tax and ERP systems.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's (Hons) degree in Accounting or Finance, or CA Finalist / ACCA (or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience
- Working knowledge of financial reporting standards (FRS)
- Good understanding of federal and provincial tax regulations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including payables, reporting and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports in line with applicable financial reporting standards
- Handle federal and provincial tax matters and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Work with ERP systems to record, track and report financial transactions
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for programmes
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors on financial matters
