foodpanda, the leading on-demand food delivery platform in Pakistan and part of the global Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Specialist, Talent Acquisition for its Global People team. The role handles end-to-end hiring for the company's Pakistan entities and works closely with senior leadership and hiring managers on workforce plans. It suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced tech environment and wants to help shape recruitment strategy in a growing market.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build candidate profiles
- Run full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and market networks
- Strengthen foodpanda's employer brand across the market
- Contribute to projects that improve the broader Talent Acquisition function
