Searching for jobs in Quetta? What we're looking for:

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe it into official documents
- Prepare accurate transcripts of meetings, notes and correspondence
- Type official letters, notes and files at the required speed
- Handle receipt and issue work for official correspondence and files
- Maintain files, records and registers in proper order
- Provide day-to-day secretarial support to officers
- Take telephone messages and manage official appointments where assigned
- Carry out ancillary office work as directed by superiors
- Ensure confidentiality of official documents and correspondence
- Meet daily work targets with accuracy and timeliness
