Allied Bank has opened its 2026 intake for Trainee Officers, a structured entry program for fresh graduates looking to build a career in banking. Selected officers will work across branch banking functions, handling customer service, accounts and day-to-day branch operations alongside senior colleagues. The program includes training modules and on-the-job assessments, with the chance to contribute to deposit and consumer-product sales. Placements are in branches across Pakistan. What we're looking for:
- MBA, MBIT, M.Com or a Master's in Banking, Finance or Business, or a four-year BBA (Hons), from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 3.00 CGPA or 80% marks in the final transcript
- Age not more than 27 years as of November 30, 2026
- Fresh graduates may apply; prior experience is not required
- A bi-major in IT or Digital Banking will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn branch banking
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Assist senior officers with branch transactions, account opening and customer queries
- Learn and follow the bank's processes for deposits, payments and service requests
- Support sales of the bank's deposit and consumer products
- Complete assigned training modules and assessments on schedule
- Maintain accurate records of daily branch activities
- Uphold service standards and the bank's code of conduct in all customer dealing
